Meet celebrity chef Matt Moran of award winning Sydney restaurant, Aria. Matt has been a part of a number of TV shows including, 'My Restaurant Rules', 'The Chopping Block' and ‘Masterchef’.
After the sell out success of the Matt Moran dinner at the Globe Restaurant in 2009, Matt is back by popular demand. He will present an exclusive 4 course dinner at the Globe Restaurant on the 1 July, 2010.

Cullen Wine Dinner
7pm Wednesday 7 July – Globe private dining room
The Globe Restaurant is delighted to present this special long table dinner.
Guests will experience the best of Cullen’s bio-dynamic wines matched with an organic menu created by Globe Chef Chad Miskiewicz. Highlights include the 2009 Mangan Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, 2008 Kevin John Chardonnay, 2008 Mangan and the 2008 Diana Madeline.
Qantas Wine Magazine Winemaker of the Year 2000, Vanya Cullen will present the wines with some rare back vintages including 2003 Mangan and 2000 Diana Madeline.

Globe supports the World's Greatest Shave
